Sky Community Announces "SparkLend Deprecation of sUSDS and sDAI Collateral" Proposal
BlockBeats News, November 7th, according to the official forum, the Sky community has proposed the "SparkLend Deprecation of sUSDS and sDAI Collateral" proposal. The proposal includes suggesting SparkLend to stop using sUSDS and sDAI as collateral to reduce SparkLend's exposure to other assets.
After the parameter change is implemented, third-party users of SparkLend will be largely shielded from the impact of DAI, USDS, and more broadly, Sky's ecosystem solvency and liquidity risks. The team will achieve the update through the following measures: setting the supply cap for each asset to 1 token (preventing additional supply) and setting the maximum LTV for each asset to 0%, thereby prohibiting new loans collateralized with sDAI or sUSDS.
